Our story
Guinea Services started with a simple idea: the same family often needs a tax preparer in February, a notary in March, a money-transfer agent in May, and a translator in September. Sending people to four different storefronts, none of which speak their language, never made sense to us. So we put it all under one roof in Newark, NJ, and online for clients anywhere in the United States.
Who we serve
Our clients live across the United States and come from Latin America, West Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond. We built this practice, and this website, for them. English and French day one; more on the way. Whether you're around the corner from our Newark, NJ office or across the country, the service is the same.
How we work
You can start any service online from your phone, anywhere in the US: fill the intake form, upload documents, pay, and book a time (in person or virtual). Or stop by the Newark, NJ office and we will set everything up for you at the counter. Whichever you start with, you can switch.
What we are not
We are not a law firm. For immigration paperwork we prepare your documents; we do not give legal advice. If your situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you so and recommend one we trust. For money transfers, we are an authorized agent of a licensed transmitter, not a transmitter ourselves.
