1. General disclaimer
Information on this website and conversations with our staff are for general informational purposes and to help you complete forms. We make every reasonable effort to keep this information accurate and current, but laws, regulations, and government processing times change. We make no warranty that any information is complete, accurate, or up to date.
2. Not legal advice (UPL notice)
New Jersey permits non-attorneys to assist with the preparation of forms and documents. It does not permit non-attorneys to give legal advice, recommend which forms to file, interpret laws, or represent another person in front of a court or government agency.
We provide document-preparation services. We do not give legal advice. If you need an opinion on whether a course of action is legally available to you, or representation before a court, judge, or hearing officer, please consult a licensed attorney. We are happy to refer you to one.
3. Immigration document preparation
For services like Form N-400 (Naturalization) and Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), we assist you with completing USCIS forms, organizing supporting evidence, and assembling a print-ready packet. We do not represent you before USCIS, USCIS interviews, or immigration court. We are not registered with USCIS as accredited representatives. If your case involves removal proceedings, criminal history, or any complex eligibility question, you need an immigration attorney; we will tell you so and refer you.
4. Tax preparation
Tax outcomes depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We rely on the documents and statements you give us; you remain legally responsible for the accuracy of your return. We e-file using our IRS-issued credentials. Tax laws change frequently; what was true last year may not be true this year. We do not guarantee any specific refund amount, audit outcome, or eligibility for any particular tax credit.
5. Notary public services
A notary public verifies the identity of the signer and witnesses the signature. A notary does not verify the truth of the content of the document, the legality of the document, or whether it accomplishes its intended purpose. Our notary services are performed only by a New Jersey commissioned notary public, in person at our Newark, NJ office (Remote Online Notarization is being added). We follow the New Jersey Notary Public Act and applicable regulations.
6. Money transfer and money orders
Guinea Services is an authorized agent of a licensed money transmitter (Ria, MoneyGram, Western Union, or another partner, confirmed at the counter). We are not a money transmitter ourselves. Exchange rates, fees, payout speed, and delivery options are set by the transmitter, not by us, and are confirmed in writing on your receipt before you pay.
Money orders are issued by the partner provider. Once issued, recovery of a lost or stolen money order is governed by that provider's policies and may require a fee.
7. Document translation
Translations are performed by our staff or by a partner translator. We provide a certificate of translation, which is generally accepted by USCIS, courts, and schools for everyday certified-translation purposes. We do not provide sworn or apostilled translations unless explicitly arranged; those have additional requirements set by the requesting institution.
8. Business registration and BOI filings
We file articles of organization or incorporation, apply for EINs with the IRS, prepare an Operating Agreement template, and submit Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports to FinCEN, based on the information you provide. We do not give legal advice about which entity type is best for your situation, tax-election advice (S-Corp, etc.), or operating-agreement provisions tailored to your specific risk profile. If you need that kind of advice, work with an attorney or CPA.
9. Travel, cargo, and cruise booking
Air, cruise, and cargo prices, schedules, availability, baggage rules, refund and change policies, and passenger requirements are set by the carrier (airline, cruise line, freight forwarder). We pass through carrier terms and policies as part of our service. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, weather, or other matters under the carrier's control. We strongly recommend travel insurance and we will help you obtain it on request.
10. Bookkeeping and payroll
Bookkeeping is performed based on the bank statements, receipts, and information you provide. We are not auditors and our reports are not audited financial statements. Payroll filings are based on the wage, hour, and employee information you provide. You remain the employer of record and are responsible for accurate classification of workers (employee vs contractor), employee timekeeping, and ultimate payroll-tax liability.
11. No guarantee of government outcomes
Decisions on USCIS petitions, IRS audits, state filings, and similar matters are made by the government agency, not by Guinea Services. We cannot guarantee approval, processing time, refund amount, or any specific outcome, even if your packet is complete and submitted correctly.
12. Third-party links and resources
This site may link to third-party websites (USCIS, IRS, NJ Division of Revenue, Stripe, Calendly, etc.) for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties.
