4. Accounts and intake
You can submit a request as a guest or by creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials we issue you and for all activity under your account.
5. Documents you provide
You represent that you have the right to upload or share any document you submit, that the document is genuine, and that the information in it is accurate. We rely on the documents and statements you give us; you remain responsible for their accuracy. We may decline to proceed if a document appears altered, fraudulent, or otherwise unverifiable.
6. Pricing, fees, and government charges
Our fees are disclosed before any work begins. Some services also involve third-party charges, including but not limited to:
- USCIS filing fees for immigration packets
- State filing fees for business formation, BOI, and franchise taxes
- Airline, cruise, and cargo fares
- Money-transfer rails fees and FX rates set by the licensed transmitter
- Stripe processing fees if you choose to pay online
Government and third-party charges are passed through to you at cost. We do not control them and we cannot refund amounts paid to a third party once they have been remitted.
7. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel a request at any time before we begin substantive work. After work has begun, fees are pro-rated based on the work completed. Refund timing depends on your payment method (typically 5–10 business days for card refunds via Stripe). Government and third-party fees already remitted are non-refundable.
8. Communications and SMS consent
By submitting a request, you consent to receive transactional communications from us by email and SMS related to your service (confirmations, document requests, status updates, appointment reminders). Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP, or by updating your preferences in your dashboard. We will continue to use email for matters that require a written record.
9. Not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice
Guinea Services prepares documents and assists you with filings. We are not a law firm. Information on this website, conversations with our staff, and any document we prepare for you are for informational purposes and to assist you in completing forms. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, enrolled agent, or licensed financial advisor. If your situation requires professional judgment, we will tell you so and refer you to a qualified professional.
For money services, we are an authorized agent of a licensed money transmitter. We do not act as a money transmitter ourselves.
