What we'll ask you

  • Document type (affidavit, POA, deed, etc.)
  • Number of signers
  • Whether witnesses are needed

What to bring or upload

  • The document to be notarized
  • Photo ID for each signer

What you'll get back

  • Notarized PDF returned to your dashboard after the in-person session at our Newark office.

Notarization happens in person at our Newark office, typically in 10 minutes or less. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is coming soon.

Frequently asked

Can you notarize a document not in English?
Yes, we notarize the signature, not the document content. If the document is in French we can translate it for you separately if needed.
Do you offer Remote Online Notarization?
Not yet, we're registering with the NJ State Treasurer. Until then, in-person at our Newark office.
